§ 303.22. Lead agency.

Lead agency means the agency designated by the State's Governor under section 635(a)(10) of the Act and § 303.120 that receives funds under section 643 of the Act to administer the State's responsibilities under part C of the Act. (Authority: 20 U.S.C. 1435(a)(10))
